Program Management

Program Management is a TSE core competency. TSE's process of Managing the Complexities of Technology (MCT) provides the management infrastructure for program definition, planning, execution, verification and test, release and the transition to manufacturing and support. Critical learning and feedback throughout TSE's phased MCT Process ensures maximum program success with minimum risk. This provides the all important segue to understanding the needs of your next program.

TSE's program management philosophy is based on experience and adherence to key processes. TSE takes pride in the depth and breadth of its program management skills. Planning tools, communications procedures and tracking/control processes contribute to risk minimization and successful programs. TSE's Program Managers will work with you to integrate and tailor the MCT Process into your product lifecycle structure. They can consult on any phase of the MCT Process, take responsibility for any particular phase or provide complete end-to-end program management.
